New mode of transportation

Emma LOVES to ride bikes, and so far I've been the only one who could ride with her...so, we went and got Dave and Benny hooked up with a bike and trailer, so we can all go! At least for awhile :) Here they are after our test run..

Ben's new dump truck

Benjamin loves big trucks, and now he has his own dump truck... BUT, all he does now is haul toys from his room and "dump" them in piles all over the house! :) Oh, man... at least it keeps him entertained!

A crafty kind of day :)

First of all, I have to say, I LOVE THE DOLLAR STORE! We went and got a bunch of craft stuff for like $10! Emma loves to do crafts, and this does not come naturally to me, so I have to find ideas on the internet. But we've had a couple rainy days, so we tried out a few projects Emma had her eye on, and it was really fun... here are the finished products!

Suprise visit!

Dave's parents suprised us with a visit this week, and as always, we had a great time! We got to go hiking on the Beacon Rock trail, eat some good food, visit, and hang out at the mall... here are a few pictures, it was great to see you guys!

Baby Hughes

I can officially get excited about this pregnancy now! Everything seems to be going fine...going on 14 weeks now, and I got to see the baby last week at the ultrasound! He or she was moving around a lot, and we got a great picture of the little head, body and legs...so fun! We have the big ultrasound in about 5 or 6 weeks, so we're ecited about that. So, thats the news on the baby front...just wanted to keep you all posted! Hope everyone is doing good!

Fort Stevens State Park

We had our first camping trip of the summer! We headed over to Fort Stevens State Park and camped for two nights... It was so fun, the kids had a blast, and we loved the Park. There was a lot to do and see, and the kids did really good camping... We even had a racoon in the camp one night getting into our garbage...and our wonderful guard dog didn't even growl :) ) Here are some pics from our little trip to Astoria!
